Fengate successfully closed on 351–365 Royal York Rd, a purpose-built rental development site located in Toronto's Mimico neighbourhood, in partnership with Rinomato Group of Companies.

The project will deliver an 11-storey, 271-unit rental community in one of Toronto's most supply-constrained housing markets. Located steps from Mimico GO Station, the development addresses a critical shortage of new rental supply at a time when housing starts across the Greater Toronto Area remain at historically low levels.

This investment strategically aligns with Fengate's conviction in transit-oriented development and long-term urban intensification.
